On 10th July, a fun and engaging yoga activity was conducted for the students of Nursery. The little ones participated with great enthusiasm and excitement. Guided by their teachers, the children performed simple yoga poses like the Tree Pose, Butterfly Pose, and Cat-Cow Stretch. The session began with gentle warm-up exercises and breathing techniques to help the children relax and focus. The activity aimed to improve flexibility, balance, and concentration in a playful way. It also introduced them to the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The yoga session ended with a cheerful relaxation time and happy smiles all around.
