Description:
The third day of the Ad Astra witnessed the celebration of dance and photography. organized by the Dance Club and the Photography Club of St. Agnes’ Loreto Day School. The event which kicked-off with a hearty invocation to the Almighty, graced by the esteemed judges and attend by the Principal of the school, teachers, participants and senior children.
The two invigorating on-stage competitions, Dance Choreography and Indo-Western Fusion Dance, organised by the Danceta Club provided to the students a platform to enthrall the audience and exhibit their dancing skills. The competitions were graced by stalwarts like Vivek Shaw, Ankita Chakraborty and Shivendra Singh who imparted their expertise among the students as judges. Out of the five participating school, St. Agnes’ Loreto Day School bore away the first prize in the former and Seth M. R. Jaipuria secured the first place in the latter. Two off stage events were organised by the Photography club. In Colossal – Macro (abstract photography) __________ secured the first place and Iter Prospere (Motivational video) __________ stood victorious. A total of 7 teams participated where the budding photographers showcased their gen in photography and videography.
The third day of Ad Astra culminated ceremoniously with the distribution of prizes and much cherished experiences.
