On the 24th of January 2023, the students of classes 8-12 were given lectures by guests who are members of the prestigious organization' We-Care Foundation'. The speakers held short interactive sessions, educating the girls about various women empowerment motives on National Girl Child Day.
Ms. Anshu Bhatnagar, a social activist entrepreneur and secretary of We-Care Foundation and president of Lions Club, illuminated the young ladies in recognizing the power and potential each one carries within themselves. The auditorium was filled with the enthusiastic cries of students as they chanted the mantra: "I can do it."
Mr. Pramod Pandey, DGM Admission at Mody University with a 15-year of experience in career and course counseling, enlightened the girls how there are limitless career options for them to explore. He talked about the vast scope in the fields of design, entrepreneurship, media and business and sales, truly encouraging all of us to explore what we aspire to be in future.
Dr.Neha Anand, a psycho-therapist and a psychologist, founder director of Bodhi Tree India, discussed a rather burning topic-‘The influence of beauty ’ and how they impact an adolescent girl's perspective tremendously. By the end of her session, each one of the students' self esteem was soaring high, as they vowed to appreciate themselves everyday and embrace self-love.
Mr. Raghvendra Pratap Singh, an Advocate in the High Court, Educator for Law, and an expert in women empowerment laws, made them well acquainted with the laws concerning women empowerment that each one of us ought to be aware of. The session was highly informative and motivated several Law aspirants to pursue legal studies.
Dr. Renu Singh, the President of We Care Foundation and Ms.Prerna Tripathi, Founder of Inspiration Academic Consultants and host of educational live Talk Show also honoured us with their presence.
